Tagged - What are you reading?

Both the Fat Controller and Magnus have tagged me.

The rules:
1. Pick up the nearest book.
2. Open to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people

I'm actually reading two books at the moment - one practical - Geoff Thompson's 'Dead or Alive' - and one to escape - Cynthia Harrod Eagles' 'The Burning Roses'. Wonder if you can guess which book was closest...

This hip movement will ensure maximum weight transference into the punch.
With the palm heel the foregoing criteria is the same using the heel of the hand to attack as opposed to the fist.

Left uppercut/palm heel thrown from the leading left leg and aimed, ultimately, at the jaw.

So, I will tag:

I'm guessing that it was the latter and this was the fallout from an amorous encounter gone wrong.

Surely that should be "With the palm heel the foregoing criteria ARE the same ".
Sorry, that's one of my pet peeves.

Marianne - Some of the instructions you could be forgiven for thinking that ;P

LiR - Flower arranging? Moi?

Walker - Sometimes it can be quite fun getting the stories confused

Ultra Toasty - I think I prefer your version. The light reading book is quite hard going!

FC - I didnt spot that when I typed it (in a rush) but I agree! I think the author is more famous for his fighting skill than his grammatical correctness but shame on the editor!
